DENVER–()–Green Dragon, a Colorado-based multistate cannabis operator with vertically integrated cultivation and product manufacturing to support its 15-store retail network, announces the expansion of its executive team with three new roles and experts: Trey Handley, Chief Financial Officer; Daniel Kramer, General Counsel; and Jackie Coble, Retail Operations Director. The expansion of Green Dragon’s executive team coincides with the company’s 35% year-over-year sales increase in 2020, and its vision for strategic retail acquisition and new product development.

“With external growth, comes internal growth. Trey, Daniel and Jackie are specialized in their fields, diversify our expertise, and are confident in the existing Green Dragon strategy,” said Alex Levine, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “Our expansion is strategic and we’re setting our business up for success as this unique industry continues to evolve and Green Dragon continues to grow each year.”

Mr. Handley joins Green Dragon with experience managing large cannabis mergers in Colorado, California and Oregon. His professional background spans global financial consulting in a range of industries, both in and outside of the cannabis market. Mr. Handley works cross-functionally across all Green Dragon departments to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, cost reduction and seamless customer service through the integration of new technologies and sales analysis to inform product innovation.

As General Counsel, Mr. Kramer taps into his expertise in intellectual property, business, cannabis, real estate and employment law. Prior to joining Green Dragon, he held a variety of positions, including his time at McAllister Garfield, P.C., where he established business relationships and licensed assets to Fortune 100 corporations, government agencies and start-ups. Mr. Kramer manages risk mitigation and legal issues pertaining to business development, including obtaining and licensing trademarks, contract negotiation, and securing and monetizing data rights as the Green Dragon corporation grows.

Ms. Coble brings more than 25 years of retail leadership, representing companies including Target, Walgreens, Boots Alliance and Estée Lauder. She joins the Green Dragon team with the experience to successfully lead teams through demanding sales growth, procedure compliance and organizational change. She develops and implements sales, operations and training initiatives that will drive value to Green Dragon’s bottom line and ensure consistent consumer experiences across its retail network.

With a total of 15 store locations and more than one million customers in 2020, Green Dragon is rapidly becoming one of the most recognized dispensary groups in Colorado, while actively working on national development in Florida and other emerging markets. The landscape for a large, successful cannabis company is a myriad of shifting targets and the broadening of Green Dragon’s executive team will position the company to continue its smart and rapid growth under the complex cannabis rules and regulations on the federal, state and local levels.
